Equipment engineering represents a new understanding of maintenance when it comes to highly complex plants and production lines, focusing on the interface between production technology, maintenance and process technology.
Equipment engineering seeks to develop and support the entire life-cycle of systems and plants in use. It combines key parts of mechatronics, process technology, plant engineering, automation technology and information technology to form a unique overall concept.
We tailor our plant servicing to the needs of our customers. But for us, maintenance is about more than just maintaining the status quo. We strive for the continuous optimisation of safety, availability and quality and rely on modern diagnostic systems such as vibration measurement, infrared thermography analysis and data analysis to identify untapped potential. From this we derive profitable repair measures for you.
We remain on-call to perform maintenance at your plant 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even on weekends, our team can be on site in no time at all to discuss your challenge and provide a short-term solution. Our service portfolio ranges from periodic maintenance and servicing work on the systems to repair work, including disassembly and reassembly, and the optimisation of system components. All steps are performed by our team based on pre-agreed maintenance checklists and schedules, documented in detail and planned ahead so as to have spare parts available when needed. Depending on the nature and scope of the task and the customer’s request, we may perform our work during production or during production-free periods.
